By downloading, installing, or using Versely (“the app,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Versely is published by Hüseyin Kocakuşaklı.
Versely shows Bible verses (King James Version, public domain) matched to how you're feeling, and lets you save and share them as visual cards. The verse content and all core matching features are free, always — premium unlocks additional frames, background finishes, and a signature-free export option.
Versely offers optional premium access at three fixed price points:
| Plan | Price | Access window |
|---|---|---|
| 1 week | $1.99 | 7 days |
| 1 month | $3.99 | 30 days |
| 1 year | $24.99 | 365 days |
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the “Restore Purchases” option to recover any remaining time on an active access window, based on your purchase history with Apple or Google. On Android, a purchased window that has already been fully consumed (used) by the app cannot be restored after a reinstall — this is a limitation of how one-time products work on that platform, not a bug. On iOS, restoring recalculates your remaining time correctly in all cases.
Versely doesn't require an account and doesn't collect personal data. Everything the app remembers (saved verses, viewing history, access expiry) stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Versely is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Versely and its publisher are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at versely.cc/terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the publisher's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
