Versely (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a mood-based Bible verse app that shows verses from the King James Version (public domain) and lets you save and share them as visual cards. Versely is published by Hüseyin Kocakuşaklı.
For any privacy questions, contact us at support@versely.cc.
We collect nothing. Versely has no servers of its own, no user accounts, and makes no network calls to read or record your activity.
To make the app work, Versely saves a small amount of information locally on your device only. This never leaves your phone and is never transmitted to us or any third party:
This data lives in your device's local storage. Uninstalling Versely permanently deletes all of it. We cannot access, recover, or retrieve it, because we never receive it.
Versely offers optional, non-renewing premium access for a fixed period (1 week, 1 month, or 1 year). These purchases:
Apple and Google handle purchase data under their own privacy policies: Apple · Google.
If you restore purchases, the app asks Apple or Google for your prior purchase record for this app and recalculates your remaining access time locally. This exchange is between your device and the store — not us.
Versely contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking technologies. We do not use cookies. We do not build profiles. We do not share or sell data — because we have none to share or sell.
Versely does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected from any user regardless of age, the app poses no data-collection risk to children. We do not knowingly gather information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) — or from anyone.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. You are fully in control of the on-device data: you can remove all of it at any time by deleting the app, or by removing individual saved verses within the app.
If you are in a region with data-protection laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), the rights those laws grant — access, deletion, portability — are satisfied by design, since no personal data ever reaches us.
Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own operating-system security (device passcode, encryption, and app sandboxing). Since no data is transmitted off the device, there is no data in transit or on any server to be intercepted or breached.
If we update this policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at versely.cc/privacy. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
